What is a B Corp?
A B Corp, or Benefit Corporation is a business that balances profit with purpose, by meeting the highest standards of social, environmental, and governmental performance. B Corps are legally required to consider the impact of every decision they make upon their employees, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.
In order to attain B Corp accreditation, businesses must undergo a rigorous external assessment that delves into every aspect of the business and requires comprehensive evidence for any assertions.
There are over 1,500 B Corps in the UK, across 58 industries with over 59,000 workers.
Our commitment
To measure + adapt
We commit to consistently measure our impact as a business, adjusting and improving where possible. We will continue to publish a yearly impact report containing a comprehensive summary of our progress, and set new goals for the subsequent year.
To question + scrutinise
B Corp isn't without its critics and we recognise the limitations of any standardised assessment. We will commit to going above and beyond B Corp's requirements where possible, to scrutinise our actions and motivations, as well as those of our fellow businesses.
To deliver + inspire
We will continue to share our findings. Our purpose is not only to be a better business, but to inspire others to start their journey too. Whether it's publishing free resources of collaborative working practices, we commit to collective action.
To succeed + progress
What does success look like? For us, it's making a marked, quantifiable progression year on year. It's about running a company that people are proud to work for and with, and which does no unnecessary damage to the planet.

We're in good company...
This is just one step amongst many...
Since we founded the company in August 2020, we've been dedicated to regenerative business practice. We want to be a business that gives back far more to society and the planet than it takes. Becoming a B Corp felt like the natural next step in that journey, and one we're incredibly proud to have achieved.
But we recognise it doesn't end here, B Corp certification is simply another way to extend our network and amplify our impact. We will continue to encourage other businesses to follow suit, by publicly sharing our insights and experiences.
We’re all in this together and we're here to inspire others to be a force for good.
